Happiness Store Policy

Because of the nature of handmade items, I cannot accept cancellation or returns unless the items arrive damaged. If you are not happy with an item will gladly exchange the item within 3 days of receiving. The item must be in the same condition it was when it was received. Please send me a message telling me that you wish to exchange and the item and for what new piece. Unfortunately, I do not refund shipping and handling.

If an item has been WORN, mishandled, It will not accept for exchange. Every item in addition to being made or selected by me is worn daily to test for durability and I will know if an item has been mistreated. Although I hand select, test and design each item for quality and wear, most items are man-made and to come with a lifespan. Should any price break or need repair I am happy to restring upon receipt of the components.
