Happiness Store Policy

Because of the nature of handmade items, I cannot accept cancellation or returns unless the items arrive damaged. If you are not happy with an item, we will gladly exchange it within 3 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition it was when it was received. Please send me a message telling me that you wish to exchange the item and what new piece.

I hand select each item based on its beauty, which means limited supply and naturally occurring differences in the world of natural stones. I strive to provide great photography and reference photos for scale, and whenever applicable, I provide the mm of the stones.

I do not refund shipping and handling.

Returns | Repair | Exchange

If an item has been WORN, mishandled, It will not accept for exchange. In addition to being made or selected by me, every item is worn daily to test for durability, and I will know if an item has been mistreated.

Although I hand select, test, and design each item for quality and wear, most items are hand-made and come with a lifespan. Should any price break or need repair, I am happy to restring upon receipt of the components.
